About the Company
The Founder and Chief of the company, David Carl Williams, grew up in Tacoma, Washington raised by his parents and the local Vietnamese Community that was new to the United States after the Vietnam War. David learned the Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese customs well and started interpreting and translating in Court, later to become Court certified in several States.
David later got his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Seattle University, a Jesuit Institution. He later got his Private Investigator license in Washington State after helping develop the testing and licensing for investigators in Washington.
He has interpreted in thousands of hearings and trials, and conducted hundreds of investigations everywhere.

The Communist took over Vietnam and millions of people fled Vietnam, hundreds of thousands Vietnamese now reside in the United States,
1989
Washington State implemented one of the first Court Certified Language Interpreter programs.
2017
WA, OK, OR, NV, TX Court Certified Vietnamese Language Interpreter. WA, OK, TX, KS, AR, MO TX licensed Private Investigator. Certified Paralegal in several States.
2021
Permanent move to the South, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Licensed Private Investigator in several States, license Vietnamese Language interpreter in those same States.
Our Investigators
After the arriving and working in Tulsa the pertinent justice systems were learned, people were met, a network was formed. Thus, a private investigation agency born from Central Security & Investigations was begotten and called OK Investigations. We are here to provide the best investigation service possible for you.
